Serve up a Spiced Hibiscus Toddy at your next summer get-together! These spice blends from Oliver Pluff provide you with the perfect ratio of ingredients to make a seriously good drink.
For Four servings:
Boil 4 cups of water. Add 1 tablespoon of spice blend and cinnamon sticks (to taste) to muslin bag. Steep 10-15 minutes then remove spice bag. Add honey to taste.
Refrigerate overnight or add ice to cool.
Pour in tumblers filled with ice, add up to 2 oz of your favorite summer alcohol (Dark Rum, Tequila,
Vodka or Gin) to each glass. Stir. Garnish with lime.
